HR Technology Conference & Exposition® and the official housing provider — Connections Housing — offer the lowest room rates and guarantee your room during HR Tech 2023. A limited block of rooms is being held until September 15, 2023 or until the block is sold out. After September 15, 2023, the group rate will be offered based on hotel availability only. If you reserve more than 10 rooms, you will be required to sign a contract. Registrants are responsible for making their hotel reservations. If an ADA accessible room is required, we strongly encourage you to place your hotel reservations early and communicate your needs to Connections Housing by calling 702-675-6598.

HR Technology Conference & Exposition® has designated Connections Housing as the only housing provider for the event. Please be aware of unethical housing poachers that have been contacting HR Tech attendees about booking potentially bogus hotel rooms for this conference. Reservations made through an agency other than Connections Housing will be at your own risk. If you provide your credit card information to any of these unauthorized vendors, your card may be charged but you may NOT have a reservation when you arrive in Las Vegas. If you are contacted by another housing company trying to sell hotel rooms, please notify show management.
The Harry Reid International Airport (LAS), formerly McCarran Airport, is conveniently located less than 3 miles from Mandalay Bay. View the many affordable options available to get from the airport to the conference location here.
Self-Parking at Mandalay Bay is $18/day. Valet Parking is also available with daily rates varying from $26 - $30. The Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino’s main self-parking structure is located on the west side of the building and can be accessed via Hacienda or Frank Sinatra Way. The Convention Center parking garage is located on the south end of the building and can be accessed via Las Vegas Boulevard or Russell Road.
