Our rates align with your role in the HR tech ecosystem. Those shaping talent and technology decisions receive preferred rates, while industry partners and investors register under categories aligned with their broader involvement.
HR Tech reviews all registrations to ensure accurate classification. If your registration type needs to be adjusted, you will be notified and charged the rate difference. Your company type, role, and job title determine your registration type, and we may request verification such as a LinkedIn profile.

Policies, Terms & Conditions
Cancellation, Substitutions & Refunds
No refunds will be given for discounts not taken at time of registration. Registrant substitutions may be made at any time with no penalty. Cancellations received in writing by August 18, 2025 will be refunded, less a 25% administrative fee based on the registration cost. Cancellations received after deadlines will not be refunded. HR Tech reserves the right to cancel the conference. In case of conference cancellation, HR Tech's liability is limited to the refund of the conference or expo registration fee only. HR Tech reserves the right to alter this program without prior notice. Unpaid cancellations for the conference will be billed for the appropriate fee.
Video & Photography
By attending HR Tech, you consent to having your image captured by official show photographers and videographers. The resulting materials, including still photographs, video and audio recordings may be used by HR Tech, without restriction, in news materials, promotional materials, on the website and other properties. Attendees are permitted to use smartphones to take photographs and capture digital images at HR Tech for personal, non-commercial use, provided the photography is not disruptive. Registrants may take photos from their seats, as long as they are not standing in the media area, obstructing views or using flash after the session begins. Photographs may not be sold, reproduced, transmitted, distributed or otherwise commercially exploited in any manner whatsoever.
Live Streaming and Recording Sessions
Although HR Tech records, streams and photographs various sessions, the programming is presented primarily for the benefit of the attending audience. While we have a "no live streaming and recording" policy, we understand the desire to take photos and capture video on phones to share on social networks. However, to protect the rights of speakers, as well as the conference, please note you are NOT allowed to live stream and also agree to record no more than 45 continuous seconds of any single session.
