HR Tech welcomes qualified media, industry analysts, podcasters, and content creators who actively cover the industry and contribute to the community. The following guidelines are designed to maintain a professional environment that supports editorial coverage, research, and meaningful engagement.

These policies apply to all accredited media and analyst participants attending HR Tech.

Participation Guidelines

Accredited participants receiving complimentary access are expected to contribute editorial coverage, research, or industry analysis before, during, and after the event. Complimentary credentials may not be used for commercial prospecting, sales activities, or promotional engagements unrelated to independent editorial or research objectives.

All accredited participants must comply with HR Tech’s non-solicitation and anti-suitcasing policies.

Interview and Briefing Coordination

Approved media and analysts may request additional assistance coordinating interviews and briefings from HR Tech’s official PR firm. While HR Tech will support introductions where possible, participation remains subject to individual availability and approval.

Recording, Photography & Videography Policy

Professional audio recording, photography, and videography within the exhibit hall or during conference sessions require prior written approval from HR Tech Show Management.

Unauthorized recording or content creation using professional equipment may result in:

  • Confiscation of recorded materials
  • Removal from the event
  • Potential exclusion from future HR Tech conferences

These guidelines apply to all content captured for publication or distribution across digital platforms, including live streaming, recorded broadcasts, social media posts, and archived content.

Requests for professional recording, filming, or photography must be submitted in advance to Show Management for review and approval.

Enforcement

Failure to comply with these policies may result in removal of credentials, denial of future accreditation, or other actions deemed appropriate by HR Tech Show Management.
