HR Tech reserves the right to decline admission to the event at its own discretion. Any type of solicitation on the Expo floor by non-exhibiting companies and individuals is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate expulsion.

Payment Must Accompany Registration
American Express, Discover, MasterCard and VISA are accepted. Checks should be made payable to Arc Network, LLC.

Credit Card Processing
Credit card payments are processed upon receipt. ANY PAYMENT CHANGES will result in an administrative fee.

Cancellation, Substitutions & Refunds
All registrations are non-refundable. We understand that plans can change, so if you’re unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to a colleague within the same organization at no cost. HR Tech reserves the right to adjust the event program as needed. In the unlikely event of a full event cancellation, any paid registration fees will be refunded.

Badge Policy
HR Tech requires that badges be worn at all times and access to sessions and the expo hall will not be permitted without a badge.  A photo ID is required to pick up your badge, and the name on the ID must match the name on the badge. A $250 USD replacement fee applies to lost badges.

Special Needs
Conference Staff is available to accommodate persons with special needs. Please register at least 4 weeks prior to the conference and call 1-800-727-1227 with your accommodation request.

Video & Photography
By attending HR Tech, you consent to having your image captured by official show photographers and videographers. The resulting materials, including still photographs, video and audio recordings may be used by HR Tech, without restriction, in news materials, promotional materials, on the website and other properties. Attendees are permitted to use smartphones to take photographs and capture digital images at HR Tech for personal, non-commercial use, provided the photography is not disruptive. Registrants may take photos from their seats, as long as they are not standing in the media area, obstructing views or using flash after the session begins. Photographs may not be sold, reproduced, transmitted, distributed or otherwise commercially exploited in any manner whatsoever.

Live Streaming and Recording Sessions
Although HR Tech records, streams and photographs various sessions, the programming is presented primarily for the benefit of the attending audience. While we have a "no live streaming and recording" policy, we understand the desire to take photos and capture video on phones to share on social networks. However, to protect the rights of speakers, as well as the conference, please note you are NOT allowed to live stream and also agree to record no more than 45 continuous seconds of any single session.

Email Communications
As a registrant of the conference, you will receive transactional emails pertaining to your registration as well as promotional conference-related emails. You can opt-out of receiving our emails by using the opt-out link located within a received email message.
