HR Tech Media & Analyst Accreditation Criteria

HR Tech is the premier destination for those actively covering the HR space. Complimentary registration is granted to working media, industry analysts, podcasters and content creators with the expectation that they will participate in the conference, taking meetings with exhibitors, attending sessions, exploring the expo floor and amplifying the event through their coverage.

Before submitting a request, please review the guidelines and accreditation criteria below:

Industry Analysts


Who is Eligible: 

Industry analysts from recognized market research firms (not financial industry analysts).

Required Documentation:

Copies of two recent briefings or reports relevant to HR technology to which they have contributed and published within the last 12 months.

Note: Industry analyst firms are permitted a maximum of four total registrations. All analysts must be verified, approved and credentialed by HR Tech prior to the event.

Media


Who is Eligible: 

Reporters and editors with an editorial role at an established news outlet that publishes original content. Freelance reporters with a current assignment from an established news outlet.

Required Documentation:

Two recent bylined articles or clips relevant to HR technology published within the last 12 months.

Freelance reporters must also provide a letter of assignment that includes the assigning editor’s name and contact information.

Content Creators


Who is Eligible

Content creators who produce original, industry-related coverage through blogs, podcasts, video channels, or social media platforms. † 

Required Documentation:

Two industry-related bylined or social media posts published within the last 6 months.

On-site coverage plan outlining where and how you will be covering the show and at what times during the event.

Documentation from an external web analytics service showing monthly traffic or engagement for review.

Podcasters


Who is Eligible:

Podcast hosts who produce original, industry-related content. †

Required Documentation:

Two recent industry-related episodes produced within the last 6 months.

On-site recording plans, including where you plan to set up to record and at what times during the event.

Documentation from an external web analytics service showing monthly listens or listens per episode for review.

† Please note that we will not issue credentials to:

  • Financial industry analysts
  • Representatives from public relations and marketing firms
  • Employees of media, analyst, podcast or content creation organizations planning to engage in sales, advertising or marketing activities
  • Media, industry analysts, podcasters or content creators representing or associated with vendor organizations in any way, shape or form
  • Media, industry analysts, podcasters or content creators representing another industry-related, for-profit business entity of any kind
  • Technical support staff

All pass requests are subject to approval by HR Tech and dependent upon meeting the qualifications listed above. HR Tech reserves the right to request supplemental materials as part of the review process. HR Tech also reserves the right to deny pass requests if credentials are deemed insufficient. Audio and Video Policy

Professional sound recording, photography and videography are not permitted in the exhibit hall or session without the written approval of Conference Management. Content created using professional audio, photography and videography equipment without prior approval will result in the confiscation of materials and expulsion from the event. This policy pertains to all online and social media posts (consisting of any still images, video, and text), both live and archived, and for all online and social platforms available. Violations discovered post-event will result in a ban from future HR Tech conferences.

Approval Policy

Approved media, analysts, podcasters and content creators in receipt of a complimentary pass understand there are non-solicitation and no-suit-casing policies in place and will abide by these regulations. Approved media, analysts, podcasters and content creators in receipt of a complimentary pass also agree that sound recording, photography and videography are only permitted with prior approval of HR Tech Show Management. Failure to obtain prior consent may result in the confiscation of materials and expulsion from the event.
