Registration is FREE for HR professionals. Complimentary access to HR Tech Online will not be granted to anyone deemed to hold a business development, marketing, product development or sales role. Show management reserves the right to decline admission at its own discretion.
Do I need any special equipment to participate in HR Tech Online?
HR Tech Online will be hosted online via the Swapcard event platform. To participate, you’ll only need an Internet connection (hi-speed recommended) and a supported web browser (most up-to-date version of Google Chrome, Firefox or Safari). Internet Explorer is not recommended. If you would like to participate in video networking, you’ll also need to have a working webcam and mic.
Will I earn recertification credits by attending HR Tech Online?
Yes. Attendees can receive credits to maintain their certifications from SHRM, HRCI and IHRIM. See here for complete details.
When do I need to register by to participate?
You can register up through the event, but to ensure that there is no delay in receiving your access to the event platform and that you have time to get familiar with it and prepare your schedule it is highly recommended that you register at least one week in advance.
When will I gain access to HR Tech Online?
Two weeks prior to the conference, you’ll receive an email with instructions on how to log in so you can begin to network with other attendees, explore sessions and exhibitors, and create your custom conference agenda.
When will I be able to view the entire agenda?
You will be able to view the entire agenda starting May 29, 2024.
When will I be able to see the list of exhibitors?

Will content be available on-demand?
Yes, all sessions and resources will be available on-demand to HR Tech Online attendees for 30 days following the event.
