Zach Gray, Senior Director of HR Product Management at Salesforce, is responsible for the Salesforce HR AI and Data Strategy. Zach leads the ideation, design, development and implementation of Salesforce HR's entire AI / agentic product suite, across Recruiting, Talent Management, Employee Support, Rewards, and more. Zach has spent the last 14 years building enterprise and consumer software platforms. In 2013, he founded a social networking app for college students and in 2016 released a knowledge discovery platform adopted by some of the world's leading enterprises. He spent 5 years at Koch Industries, where he lead knowledge systems, search and Generative AI product strategy - launching a Gen AI powered chat experience grounded in knowledge from over 40 internal business systems and 1 billion internal documents.
