Wendy Hirsch is Vice President, Future of Work at Eaton. She oversees Eaton's HR technology, workforce data and analytics, and HR process excellence teams. Her organization is focused on leveraging technology, data/analytics, AI, and process improvement to enhance the employee experience, drive HR operational excellence, and enable strategic workforce decisions. Prior to Eaton, Wendy served as vice president of workforce analytics, planning and HR technology at Johnson Controls and held senior analytics and planning positions at Mercer. Wendy holds a B.A. in Psychology from University of Michigan and a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from University of Illinois.
