United States
Vic Akosile leads AI transformation for the People function at Cloudflare, where he is also Chief of Staff to the Chief People Officer. He builds AI agents and workflows inside the People team, puts them in front of real HR teams, and publishes what changed and what did not. His work covers offer-letter automation, internal HR assistants, people-analytics agents, and the governance that decides which HR data an AI may touch.
He founded the HR AI Institute, a practitioner community where CHROs work the same problems under Chatham House rules, and built the AI for HR curriculum used at more than 30 universities, including UT Austin, UVA and Georgia. Earlier he ran people analytics at Accenture Federal and Aon, and taught human capital management at Columbia University for three years.
He is the author of the Four Modes of Contribution, a framework for how people create value in an AI transformation, and the Value Prism, a way to describe the return on an AI build beyond hours saved. He speaks at HR Technology Conference 2026 in Las Vegas and writes weekly on LinkedIn about AI, work and organisations.
