With more than 20 years of experience leading large, complex initiatives as both a consultant and a Fortune 500 executive, Tony specializes in the collaborative design and implementation of business-focused HR processes, service delivery models, and innovative technologies. His work focuses on the connection between employee experience, customer experience, and sustainable business performance.
He lives near Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, with his wife, Jennifer, and their two English bulldogs.
