Ting Lye joined the Mercer Marsh Benefits Digital Team in 2022 as a Proposition Development Manager. In this role, she has built and scaled MMB’s mobile health & benefits app, Benefits You, which helps improve healthcare accessibility and outcomes for employee populations. She also has prior experience within Mercer’s multinational consulting team helping large clients manage their global benefits strategy. Ting has also helped build startups within the health-tech sector – a wearables company monitoring the impact of pollution on health and a chronic illness management platform. Through her experiences, Ting has built a career at the crossroads of digital health innovation, data analytics, and global population health strategies.
