Theresa Morgan is currently the Director of Recruiting at Zerocater, an SF-based food-tech start-up whose mission is to build better workplace culture through food. Theresa has an extensive recruiting experience, having worked in both agency and corporate recruiting. Prior to Zerocater, she worked at larger companies like Amazon and Facebook. Over the past few years, she’s leaned into start-up life while stepping into recruiting leadership. A self-proclaimed tools nerd, she loves finding smarter ways to streamline the hiring process and make it more efficient. She is especially passionate about designing interview experiences where both candidates, hiring managers and recruiters walk away feeling it was a frictionless process.
