Susan is the founder and managing partner of Sapient Insights Group, a women-owned HR and business management consulting and research firm. Her specialty areas include leadership, change management, organizational effectiveness, mergers and acquisitions, HR strategy, technology, and operations. The overall focus of her work is helping clients align human capital programs, practices, and technology with business strategies to achieve measurable and sustained outcomes. Over the past 30 years, Susan has worked with organizations such as the City of Ontario, Chick-Fil-A, World Fuel Services, LCMC Health, and Cox Enterprises to address critical HR and business challenges. She has also helped clients navigate the organizational and process changes required to maximize the adoption of critical enterprise systems. She and her team pride themselves on taking the time to truly understand each client’s business and collaborating to identify realistic goals specific to each organization. Susan is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and a Professional Project Manager (PMP). She is also PROSCI certified in change management and a CTI-trained executive coach. Before founding Sapient Insights, she worked as a change management and HR effectiveness leader at Mercer, Buck Consultants,?Deloitte,?and IB.
