Steph Ketron is the Vice President of Learning & Development for a multi-brand hospitality organization supporting more than 10,000 team members across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. She operates at the intersection of HR strategy, technology, and operations, helping organizations move beyond training solutions to true capability systems that drive measurable performance results.
Known for sitting at the center of the enterprise, Steph partners across HR, IT, Talent Acquisition, and Operations to diagnose performance gaps rooted in broken processes, disconnected platforms, and unclear leadership workflows. Her teams design enablement ecosystems that integrate LMS platforms, AI copilots, performance support tools, and behavioral science to accelerate readiness, retention, and frontline execution at scale.
Steph has led enterprise transformations including learning platform consolidation, leadership pipeline redesign, organizational restructuring, and post-merger capability integration across resorts, contact centers, and corporate teams. A certified Emergenetics Associate, she blends behavioral insight with practical systems design to build leadership capability without disrupting operations.
