Stacia Garr focuses on talent management, DEIB, employee engagement and experience, people analytics, and HR technology. She co-founded RedThread Research in 2018 after leading talent research for eight years at Bersin by Deloitte and conducting research at CEB / Gartner. Stacia has an MBA from UC Berkeley and a master's degree from the London School of Economics.
