At Salesforce, Sherin has been instrumental in launching HR Service, Service Cloud Copilot, and Service Automation—solutions that are reshaping how companies deliver employee and customer support. Her leadership has driven over $200M in business impact, secured early adoption across Fortune 500 organizations, and delivered measurable improvements in productivity and satisfaction. Prior to Salesforce, Sherin held product leadership roles at The Home Depot, Orbitz, and PayPal, where she advanced large-scale personalization, experimentation, and analytics platforms. She began her career in technology consulting with Infosys and Wipro before earning her MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
