With over 20 years of experience, Sheena has demonstrated her expertise in designing and implementing comprehensive total rewards programs that align with organizational goals and enhance employee engagement. As the SVP, Total Rewards and People Operations at IFF, a global leader in flavors, fragrances, health and biosciences, Sheena oversees the development of innovative rewards and wellness strategies and ensures seamless HR operations to support 22,000 employees globally. Prior to IFF, Sheena held a variety of HR positions at American Express, J.P. Morgan Chase, and CIT Group. Her passion for employee experience and deep understanding of market trends ensures programs are competitive and tailored to meet the unique needs of the diverse, global workforce. Sheena's leadership is characterized by her ability to foster a culture of continuous improvement and her commitment to leveraging data to inform decision-making. She has led cross-functional teams in the rollout of global initiatives, most recently having successfully completed a Total Rewards harmonization and Workday implementation for 63 countries.
