Sarah Morgan is an HR executive and DEI evangelist. Currently, she is the VP of People Operations for Level Agency, an award-winning digital marketing firm committed to building a diverse, equitable, and inclusive culture. She keynotes conferences across the U.S. and has been featured in major publications including Fast Company, Essence, CNN and Black Enterprise magazine. She serves on the board of advisors for the UKG Workforce Institute and the board of directors at Marbles Kids Museum. Sarah is also the creator and host of the Leading in Color podcast, a show centered on cultivating positive workplace experiences through equity, inclusion, and social consciousness.
