As an HR Leader with 20+ years of experience in Fortune 100 organizations and across multiple geographies, Sarah Brown is a results-driven HR executive with expertise in shaping strategy, driving human capital solutions, and building organizational capability. Specializing in the financial services industry, she has worked with organizations such as TIAA, Bank of America, and Citigroup, partnering with executives to define and deliver human capital strategies that drive business results.
She currently leads Global Talent Acquisition & Internal Mobility, responsible for ensuring workforce solutions deliver winning teams and supporting future talent agility.
Previously, she served in various HR leadership roles, including People Team Transformation & Strategy, CHRO, and HR leadership for different business lines and functions. This included tackling strategic opportunities, such as standing up new organizations, integrations, and building new organizational capabilities to solve for not only current, but future business imperatives. Sarah earned a B.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations, a Master’s in Real Estate with a specialization in Finance & Investment Banking, and an MBA, all from Cornell University.
