He has more than 30 years of enterprise software experience, with specific interests in organizational change management and governance/compliance. Russ has worked with a wide variety of industries, including high-tech manufacturing, transportation and logistics, consumer packaged goods, retail, and financial services, but for the last seven years has focused on higher education and healthcare. Russ also enjoys the performing arts, specifically theatre and music, and his entire family (spouse and two children) all enjoy performing and other forms of creativity.
