With over a decade of HR expertise, Russ specializes in benefits, compensation, and HR strategy, fostering a forward-thinking approach to employee management. From 2015 to 2021, Russ played a pivotal role in shaping the HR landscape at Gold’s Gym and proudly returned this year to the brand under the RSG umbrella. He lead the successful implementation of ADP’s NextGen product in 2019, making Gold’s Gym the platform’s first live client.
