Ratesh Dhir is currently the Vice President of Business Development & B2B at EarnIn, a company dedicated to supporting employee financial wellness by enabling access to on-demand pay for millions of people every day. In his role, Ratesh focuses on establishing strategic partnerships aimed at assisting employers in reducing their employees' financial stress levels while simultaneously enhancing retention rates and overall business productivity. Prior to joining EarnIn, Ratesh served as the Vice President of Business Development at Even, a company that was later acquired by Walmart. Additionally, he served as the CEO of iTeleport and has held various leadership positions in software and mobile development companies. Earlier in his career, Ratesh worked in the Futures & Options markets at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange and the Chicago Board of Trade. Ratesh is passionate about personal finance and holds a BA in Economics from the University of Liverpool, UK.
