Ramprasad Reddy has over 20 years of experience in the HR technology space, working with top companies such as NSF International, Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA), Oracle, and HCL Technologies. He currently serves as Associate Director of HR Information Systems and People Analytics. Throughout his career, he has been instrumental in driving digital transformation, including AI and machine learning integration, and enterprise technology architecture. He has published multiple papers on HR shared services innovation, with a focus on AI and the future of HR technology. He has presented and served as a judge at several industry conferences, including the AI IEEE Symposium, AI Collectible, AI Week, and BSides Bloomington. He is a member of SHRM and IHRM.
