Ram Subramanian

Ram Subramanian is Head of AI and Ecosystems at The Josh Bersin Company, where his work focuses on AI agents, enterprise integration and the partnerships that bring research-backed HR expertise into everyday work. He connects the technical possibilities of AI with the practical requirements of enterprise adoption: useful applications, connected systems and better decisions.

Ram brings experience from three sides of enterprise transformation: a major financial institution, a global technology services firm and an enterprise software company. Before joining The Josh Bersin Company, he was Executive Vice President, Enterprise Solutions and Customer Success at Opkey, focused on customer value, adoption and growth. During eight years at Tata Consultancy Services, he led the global Human Capital Practice and also headed the global ServiceNow Practice. Earlier, he held technology delivery and architecture leadership roles at Bank of America spanning HR, global marketing, risk, finance and shared services.
