I have been working in HR, Recruiting Technology, and Analytics for over 15 years. Prior to that I received my master’s degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota. I work at One Model where I lead our Sales and Solution Architecture team. Over the past 6+ years I’ve worked across all areas of our business and had the pleasure of speaking with hundreds of organizations about what they are looking to accomplish with people analytics. I live in Dallas, Texas with my wife, three kids, and nine chickens.
