Patricia Frost leads the People and Places organization at Seagate, where she is responsible for strategic initiatives that drive employee experience, culture, and Seagate’s shared success. This includes fostering a diverse and inclusive environment, instituting progressive talent attraction and retention practices, ensuring fair and equitable workplace practices, and establishing a safe and sustainable workplace. Before joining Seagate in 2019, Patricia led organizational strategy and change management within large, complex, cross-functional enterprises. She most recently served as a senior cyber advisor at Partners in Performance America and worked as a leadership advisor after a distinguished military career. During her time in the United States Army, she achieved the rank of Major General and became the first-ever Army Cyber Director, overseeing the strategy, resources, and policies for US Army's cyber capabilities. She has led strategic transformation initiatives across various interagency and international partners. Patricia’s military service spans three decades of experience in the Pacific, Asia, and the Middle East, including three combat tours in Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF) in Afghanistan, OEF-Philippines, and Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF).
