Oluwole Ojo, known as Simply Ojo, is a highly accomplished HRIS professional with over 20 years of extensive experience in the SAP HCM space. His career began in 2003 as a Personnel System Specialist in the United States Army, where he rose to Sergeant. After serving honorably, he joined JetBlue Airways' HRIS team, focusing on HR process redesign and SAP HCM implementations. His expertise continued to grow at Accenture, where he worked as an HR system integration consultant, contributing to successful HCM implementations for multiple Fortune 100 companies. At NBCUniversal, Ojo took on the role of HRIS Project Lead, where he spearheaded the redesign of the company’s organizational structure and successfully launched a new global org management system across 23 countries. His leadership has driven impactful HR system initiatives, including SAP and Business Warehouse solutions, Applicant Tracking, Onboarding systems, and SuccessFactors deployment. Ojo has also led significant process improvements, such as HR security redesigns and business structure reorganizations. Currently, Ojo is the HR Operations Director at NBCUniversal, overseeing the security of all HR systems and managing essential applications, such as Org Manager, Office 365, and the Enterprise Business Control Platform (EBCP).
