He has successfully spearheaded revenue growth across global markets and the management of dynamic sales organizations in both startup environments and Fortune 500 companies.
Prior to joining iCIMS, Rusiniak served in sales leadership roles at Cornerstone OnDemand and Talementry, where he played a key role in pioneering the recruitment marketing space and transformed how enterprises leverage recruiting solutions. He previously led sales at DocuSign and Applause. Rusiniak holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and an MBA in business administration from the Santa Clara University Leavey School of Business.
