Mike Mather

With a passion for client service and enabling people over my 20+ years of consulting experience, I have demonstrated the leadership required to drive superior business results and client satisfaction.

Most recently, as the Chief Learning Officer for KPMG US, I had strategic and operational responsibility to lead our workforce into the AI and Digital age through programs and experiences that build skills and accelerate performance.

Previously, as a consulting leader, I have led teams and practices, selling and managing complex client engagements up through Fortune 100 organizations, focusing on the Human Resource & Finance functions, leveraging technology and transformation to improve business performance. I have full financial and operational accountability, driving assigned sales, growth, profitability, operational and customer satisfaction metrics on large accounts or a portfolio of accounts within regional and national practices. The above roles included annual revenue targets up to $50M/year and managing 500 global resources.
