Mike Boufford is Anthropic's Head of People Products, the R&D team shaping how Claude is applied in the HR/People domains company-wide. At Anthropic, Mike is a member of the People Leadership Team, reporting to the Chief People Officer. Prior to Anthropic, Mike was the Founding Engineer & CTO of Greenhouse Software, scaling the company from its first line of code to the industry leading ATS. Mike has served as a Board Advisor and/or Investor for more than a dozen startups, held teaching positions at both NYU (Adjunct) & Harvard (Teaching Fellow), and studied Computer Science & Software Engineering at both Harvard (ALB) & Oxford (MSc).
