Michael Kiley is Director of People Data and Generative AI Strategy at Cisco, leading workforce intelligence and AI strategy across the company's People & Communities organization. His work brings together enterprise workforce data, artificial intelligence, responsible governance, and operating model transformation to help build the future of AI-powered HR, moving AI from experimentation into trusted, enterprise-scale application. With more than two decades of experience spanning HR, talent strategy, analytics, and technology, he is focused on re-imagining how intelligence changes the way work is designed, decisions are made, and workforce experiences are delivered. In addition to his corporate leadership, Michael has served as an Instructor with UC Davis Continuing and Professional Education since 2018.
