Meredith Johnson
Meredith Johnson is Chief Product Officer at Greenhouse, the leading hiring platform on a mission to make hiring work for everyone. She leads AI, product strategy, design, and customer-centric solutions across the business.
Meredith has spent over two decades scaling products and teams at global companies. Before Greenhouse, she served as CPO at Litera and Head of Product at Blackbaud, where her work contributed to more than $1 billion in company revenue. She specializes in platform evolution, M&A product integration, and building world-class product organizations.
Meredith is also a board member and community advocate, with past roles including Executive Board Member of Charleston Promise Neighborhood and founding board member of TSIA's Product Management Advisory Board.
