Over the course of her career, Melanie has led product strategy and management for companies spanning start-ups to the Fortune 100. She has also managed enterprise software as a customer, as well as marketed and implemented HR technologies giving her a uniquely holistic view of factors leading to customer success. Prior to joining ServiceNow, Melanie was a research Vice President with Gartner where she led the HCM Suites Magic Quadrant and advised on a broad range of HR topics. Today she heads Future HR products for Servicenow.
