Meghan currently serves as the VP of Talent Acquisition Experience at Marriott, where she leads groundbreaking initiatives within talent acquisition known as "big bets"and is responsible for non-management hiring and recruiting at scale. Previously, Meghan led organizational change management at Marriott, supporting large change initiatives like the Starwood integration and global HCM adoption. Meghan resides in Northern Virginia with her husband, Bobby, and their sons, Colton and Braden. Her interests outside of work include outdoor activities, travel, music, and spending time with her family, friends, and French bulldog, Rhone.
