Meggie Enxuto

Meggie Enxuto is the IT Portfolio Principal for Workforce Edge, working at the intersection of technology strategy, employer-sponsored learning, and workforce development. She designed and oversees Tech Skills Academy, a curated portfolio of bootcamps, certifications, and degree programs that helps HR and L&D leaders use education benefits to build tech talent from within. Her work is grounded in live labor-market data, including skill trends across AI, cloud infrastructure, software engineering, cybersecurity, and data.

Meggie has more than a decade of experience in technology education, including three years teaching software engineering and computer science to more than 500 students who went on to launch technology careers. She began her own path into tech with a humanities degree, self-taught Python, and a coding bootcamp in San Francisco before becoming an instructor and leader. Today, she focuses on making technology careers and education pathways easier to navigate and helping employers make learning investments that lead to meaningful workforce outcomes.
