Matthew leads DIRECTV's Rewards team managing benefits, compensation, workforce technology and analytics. Our overall strategy is to drive employee engagement through transparency, education, and optimizing our rewards spend by targeting what employees value. Previously, Matthew built a Workforce Analytics function for AT&T spanning 250k+ employees across 50+ countries to create business-focused actionable insights to AT&T's leadership. This included creating a centralized data hub and analytic platform accessible to HR that provided access to data across 20+ different systems and platforms. Matthew has been a consultant for 100+ Fortune 500 companies in various areas of Compensation, including incentive compensation (specifically sales incentive design), base salary management, org structure design, performance management, and job process design.
