With seven years of experience in both leading enterprise-level complex implementations and solving outdated processes with modern HCM solutions, he has domain expertise in scheduling, talent management, recruiting, and time & attendance. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from Azusa Pacific University and brings a wealth of knowledge from his previous professional experience. Before Oracle, Mark worked for various technology companies, most recently, UKG, as a Senior Solutions Consultant, where he led software projects, primarily in heavily regulated and compliance-focused industries.
