Marissa joined Iron Mountain in December 2020 to lead the Global HR Service Delivery and Operations function and the modernization of global processes and technology capabilities. Marissa leads a global team of over 150 HR professionals who provide a wide range of services to managers and employees and support for core HR technology. “Making HR easier to do business” for employees and managers through simplification and digital transformation of our capabilities is the Team’s paramount mission. Marissa is also the Executive Co Chair of the Iron Mountain’s Women’s ERG. Before joining Iron Mountain, Marissa spent over 20 years at Prudential Financial, mostly in Human Resources as the Vice President of HR Services and Technology. She was responsible for the firm’s largest BPO relationship where she developed industry leading vendor management practices and was accountable for the strategy, performance, compliance and financials for HR operations and technology. At Prudential, Marissa also initiated the group that formed the first Business Resource Group for Women.
