Marie Conger is an IT Product Manager for Workforce Management Technology at Five Below, where she leads the product strategy and roadmap for tools that help teams work smarter and more effectively. With five years of prior experience in the HRIS space, Marie brings a unique blend of HR expertise and technical product management to deliver solutions that support both operational excellence and the employee experience. Most recently, Marie has helped lead Five Below’s Legion implementation project, focusing on aligning HR and WFM technology with Store Operations strategies to support a smooth rollout and sustainable adoption. She works closely with HR, IT, Operations, and other business partners to ensure technology initiatives keep pace with Five Below’s rapid retail growth and dynamic workforce needs. Marie is passionate about bridging the gap between HR, IT, and Operations, driving digital transformation, and exploring how technology can empower people-centric workplaces.
