With over 20 years of progressive experience in HR, Mandy specializes in HR Technology implementation, AI-powered business solutions, and Social Sustainability programs. Mandy's expertise in artificial intelligence applications has earned her multiple FAIR Institute certifications, including FAIR – AI Ready, FAIR – AI Business, and FAIR ABC, positioning her as a recognized thought leader in responsible AI adoption within HR practices. Under her leadership, she has successfully modernized HR technology stacks, improved employee engagement metrics, and championed sustainable business practices that align with corporate social responsibility goals. Her career spans notable HR Technology leadership roles at TierPoint, Suddenlink, and Charter Communications, where she consistently delivered transformative technology solutions and process improvements. Mandy holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Missouri State University and maintains active involvement in HR technology professional communities. When not driving innovation in the workplace, Mandy enjoys spending time with her four children, who keep her busy with their various youth sports activities. She finds that coaching has enhanced her leadership skills and reinforced her passion for developing talent.
