Lindsey Padrino is Skillsoft’s Chief Strategy Officer, leading the launch of their Platform business. She has over 20 years of experience in education and strategy, transforming organizations and their workforces. Before joining Skillsoft, Lindsey spent 10 years at McKinsey & Company, helping clients with go-to-market strategy, salesforce transformations, and talent strategies. She also built and led McKinsey’s Growth Academy, delivering scalable, global talent programs. Lindsey has significant experience in K-12 public education reform and lives in Washington, D.C. with her husband and three daughters.
