Linda Bergin

Linda Nguyen Bergin leads the design and evolution of enterprise HR operating models — aligning technology, shared services, and operations to deliver measurable value at scale. As VP, HR Technologies and Analytics at Fortive, she owns the strategy behind HR technology investment, architecture, and execution across a fast-evolving vendor landscape. 

Her work spans the full transformation lifecycle — strategy, design, implementation, and sustained operations — across platforms including Workday, Oracle, ServiceNow, SAP, Eightfold.ai and various ATS/LMS. She has deep experience navigating build-versus-buy decisions and managing a growing AI vendor portfolio, while operating in complex, matrixed global environments shaped by multi-entity structures and M&A integration. Her career includes leadership roles at Nike, Walmart, and BlackBerry, where she built expertise in HR shared services, payroll, global systems implementation, and scaling technology across various sizes of organizations. 

AI has been a consistent thread throughout Linda's career, from early RPA work to modernize HR operations to leading today's governance, data readiness, and agentic AI implementation. She brings a disciplined, delivery-oriented approach grounded in project management, product management, and business analytics — with a focus on building the agility to pivot as the AI landscape evolves.
