Lauren Dwyer
Lauren Dwyer is a Human Resources leader with extensive experience across various industries. As the Vice President of Human Resources at Land O'Lakes, Inc., Lauren has driven strategic workforce planning, enhanced HR competencies, and fostered a culture of continuous improvement.
Before joining Land O'Lakes, Lauren held key positions at CH Robinson and Cargill, where she led business turnarounds, functional transformations, and operating model redesigns. Her global HR leadership experience has honed her skills in managing within complex HR functions and driving organizational change.
Lauren holds a bachelor's degree from Gustavus Adolphus College, and an MBA from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management. She actively participates in HR councils and roundtables while maintaining a robust external network. Lauren is Co-Sponsor of the Land O’Lakes Vets employee resource group.
In her current role, Lauren continues to make significant contributions to Land O'Lakes by standing up new HR disciplines, co-leading strategic initiatives, and representing the company at industry conferences. Her leadership style focuses on collaboration, innovation, and a deep understanding of the strategic importance of human resources.
Lauren and her husband Nick have two daughters and three dogs.
