Lauren Drago

Lauren Drago is a Senior Principal AI Growth Partner on the Customer Growth team at Eightfold AI, where she helps organizations put talent intelligence and agentic AI to work across the full talent lifecycle — from hiring and skills development to workforce planning. She has spent her entire career in HR technology customer success, building deep expertise in how enterprise talent acquisition teams adopt and scale new technology. 

Prior to Eightfold, Lauren spent nearly a decade in customer success and go-to-market roles within the HR tech industry, working with recruitment marketing and applicant tracking platforms Lauren has progressed through Customer Success Manager, Principal Customer Success Manager, and Team Lead, Customer Success for Strategic Accounts roles before stepping into her current position. 

An enthusiast for AI's role in talent acquisition and recruitment marketing, Lauren partners closely with customers to translate emerging AI capabilities into measurable hiring and workforce outcomes. Earlier in her career, she also spent nearly five years in operations and staff leadership at a Boston-area nonprofit. She is based in Boston, Massachusetts.
