Lance Bradshaw is Director of HR Workforce Transformation at Intermountain Health, where he leads enterprise-wide initiatives in workforce planning, AI adoption, and digital transformation to create a more agile, skills-based organization. With over 20 years of leadership experience across health systems, health plans, and consulting, Lance has driven large-scale operational improvements, technology integration, and leadership development programs that enhance both organizational performance and caregiver experience. He holds dual master’s degrees in Healthcare Administration and Business Administration from the University of Utah and is currently pursuing his Doctor of Education in Leadership and Learning with a specialization in Healthcare Administration. A frequent speaker and active volunteer, Lance is passionate about building the workforce of the future and advancing leadership in healthcare.
