Kenneth Quidgley, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, GPHR, is Chief People Officer at Symphonic and a global HR strategist with more than 28 years of experience across technology, healthcare, manufacturing, digital media, and other complex industries. He leads people strategy for a globally distributed workforce spanning North America, Latin America, Europe, and Asia, with a focus on workforce transformation, organizational scalability, leadership development, and the future of work.

Kenneth has become particularly focused on how artificial intelligence is changing the design of work and the role of HR leadership.
