As Senior Vice President - Global HR Evolution for Hyatt, Katie leads the work to transform the HR function’s services, processes, technology and ways of working across Hyatt’s offices and properties globally. Prior to taking on this role, Katie led Hyatt’s Asia Pacific HR Operations for 9 years based out of Hong Kong. She held the role of Senior Vice President - HR for Hyatt’s Global Operations Center based in Chicago from 2012-2014 and Corporate International Vice President - Human Resources from 2007 to 2012.
Prior to entering the hospitality industry, Katie worked as a consultant for Arthur Andersen from 1997-2000 and before that, as International HR Manager for Walt Disney World and Walt Disney Attractions from 1990-1997. Katie is humbled to be on the list of “2024 Top 100 HR Tech Influencers”.
