Kate began her HR career at Marriott Group, where she quickly saw how challenging it was to communicate benefits and HR information effectively. She went on to co-found Airbo with Vlad Gyster to tackle these challenges head-on. Since then, Kate has worked with companies of all sizes, from 100 to 150,000 employees, across various industries to improve benefits engagement and communication.
