Justin Garrity is Vice President of Product at ChartHop, where he leads product strategy and design across the platform’s people analytics, workforce planning, HCM, and agentic AI capabilities. He brings more than two decades of experience building enterprise software at the intersection of data and design. Previously he spent six years at Sprinklr as a product VP across visualization products, channel partnerships, and design services, and served as President and General Manager of Postano at TigerLogic Corporation. Earlier roles include Chief Creative Officer at Storycode and Director of User Experience at Webtrends. Justin is a named inventor on seven issued U.S. patents. He has also shared his expertise as a speaker at SXSW and other industry events.
