Julie Schnepel serves as the Manager of HR Systems at Cherokee Nation Businesses (CNB), where she has held roles in both IT and HR over the previous 10 years. In her current role, Julie leads the HRIS team, responsible for supporting Oracle HCM. CNB is deeply committed to enhancing the experiences of their Coworkers, Customers, Candidates, and the Cherokee Community. By utilizing Oracle HCM, which is internally branded as “MyInfo,” they are able to achieve these goals (and even have a little fun along the way)! CNB has been recognized as a Star Oracle Cloud HCM Customer and received a regional GenAI Applications Innovation Award from Oracle in 2025.
